We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to work with our Wychwood, MAP and Leeda brands. Leeda also distributes many market-leading brands, such as Mustad, MEPPS and Maxima. Based in Milton Keynes, Leeda is a well-resourced business developing market-leading products across all angling disciplines, providing a comprehensive and well-supported product portfolio for all specialist retailers.
Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in a busy customer-focused service environment such as telesales or customer service and if you have experience in a fishing environment or you enjoy fishing then even better!
The main focus is on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders and providing technical information and back-up service for our products. You will also be proactive in contacting designated accounts and advising our dealers on new products and special offers from time to time, as the business requires. It is therefore essential that you have technical knowledge of our products and experience of dealing with customers either face-to-face, on the telephone and via email so you will need to be a confident and clear communicator in these areas.
We expect all our Customer Sales Advisor staff to work flexibly as part of the team to provide an excellent service to our customers.
